What we sell

Creator CEO Playbook® offers two versions of MINE.: The Creator CEO Code:

• Digital Download — PDF delivered immediately via BookFunnel upon payment confirmation. No account required.
• Hardcover — Physical book printed and shipped via IngramSpark. Delivery timelines vary by location.

Digital Download — Sales Policy

All digital sales are final. Because the PDF is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately and you waive any applicable right of withdrawal or cancellation under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, LGPD, or any equivalent consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Hardcover — Sales Policy

All hardcover sales are final except in the case of a defective product. If your hardcover arrives with a manufacturing defect — including but not limited to jacket folding, binding failure, or print errors — contact us at info@legalstackstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order confirmation and at least one photograph clearly showing the defect. Upon verification we will ship a replacement copy at no cost to you. Refunds on hardcover purchases are issued only where a replacement copy cannot be provided.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers once the order has been fulfilled by our print partner.
